Haute Spot is an online retailer offering premium lifestyle and home products including, but not limited to:

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

If we suspect fraudulent activity we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Product Information

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours and specifications are as accurate as possible.

However:

Colours may appear differently depending on your device.
Measurements are approximate.
Packaging may change from time to time without affecting product quality.
Minor design updates from manufacturers may occur.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the delivered product.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, Haute Spot reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is officially accepted once it has been processed and prepared for shipment.

We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud
Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Incorrect customer information
Payment issues

6. Payment

We accept secure online payment methods made available during checkout through Shopify.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Haute Spot does not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery:

3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Weather
Public holidays
High order volumes
Courier delays
Remote delivery areas

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

8. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of your products transfers once full payment has been received.

Risk transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery at the nominated address.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers should read that policy before placing an order.

Nothing within these Terms limits any rights granted under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

10. Promotions & Bundle Offers

From time to time Haute Spot may offer:

Bundle discounts
Promotional pricing
Free shipping promotions
Seasonal sales
Discount codes

Unless specifically stated:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Promotions have no cash value.
Offers may end without notice.
Bundle pricing applies only when all qualifying products are purchased together.

If part of a promotional bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the original non-discounted pricing of the remaining items.

Beauty products should always be patch tested before first use.
